Ever since the fall the fall of the Ba'ath Regime the new Regime has been targeting and oppressing Alawites in Alawite communities the so called "President" Ahmed Al-Jolani should be brought to justice by this action this is against international laws as civilians are being targted by this if Jolani isn't brought to justice more innocent lives in the Alawite communities will be killed. 

It is also reported that Druze, Christians, Kurds are also being targeted. where is the UN at? where is the ICJ at? they should be doing something about this
