I am writing this petition not just as an individual, but as a human being deeply concerned about the ongoing genocide in Palestine. This issue is personal to me, and it should be personal for every person who values humanity and justice.

The United Nations defines genocide as acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group. The situation in Palestine fits this definition. According to B'Tselem - The Israeli Information Center for Human Rights in the Occupied Territories - from 2008 through 2020 alone, Israeli security forces killed 3,408 Palestinians who were not taking part in hostilities (source: B'Tselem).

These numbers are not just statistics; they represent real people with families and dreams whose lives have been brutally cut short. We cannot stand by while these atrocities continue.

We call upon international organizations and governments worldwide to take immediate action against this genocide. We demand that they impose sanctions on those responsible until there is a verifiable end to these crimes against humanity.
