We just witnessed an unconstitutional and fraudulent AGM recently organized in Benue State where Rented Crowd were introduced and used to front as Delegates from the various state council. 

We witnessed The Youth Forum that not get along with voting new Youth Leaders due to non formation of Quorum as constitutionally required. 

How states that could not send Youths to the Youth Forum were represented in the AGM leaves much much to be desired and exposes the fraud. 

There were instances of rented non scouts that participated and even contested and won, most disgusting is the non respect of Scout Law No 1 where Honour could no longer be trusted. 

There were instances of inducement to attend by paying transport and hotel bills and even paying and clearing back log debts by inactive State Scout Councils. 

This is not acceptable and should be condemned.
