The Volkswagen Transporter is a van that we all know and love. It has been around for decades.  The Transporter comes in many different forms; van, pickup, kombi, shuttle and the California camper. This vehicle is fully customizable with many businesses making parts to pimp out your van. However this is about to change!

Volkswagen has said that the next generation of Transporters will be built by Ford. Yes you heard right Ford! VW have released a few pictures and specs of the new van and it looks almost identical to the Ford Transit. Not only the bodywork but the interior, but all the inner workings will be Ford.  In fact the only bit I can see that has changed is the front bumper and the badge. It is early days and more could change but its unlikely as these vans will be built in Ford's factory in South Africa along with the Transit.

We might not be able to change anything but I know there are many die hard VW fans that are outraged at this and this will be the place to see just how many people hate this VW Transit.
