This signals that Esquire is doubling down on their efforts to push through their damaging proposals, despite widespread local opposition.

Who are the Terrapin Group?

Terrapin is a strategic PR firm often used by developers to influence decision-makers and manage public perception of large-scale housing developments. Their involvement suggests Esquire is preparing a coordinated PR push to downplay the very real concerns we’ve raised about the impact on infrastructure, traffic, and our local environment.

We cannot allow them to control the narrative. Now, more than ever, we need to ramp up public awareness and pressure!
