" I guess they believe their 140 to 190 foot transmission towers are going to enhance the foothill and mountain views! ------------------must say that whomever is currently handling their PR on this project is no better at it than the last person (who I assume was fired for coming up with the ridiculous 'feel good' term 'modernization' for a project that harkens back to 1960 for innovation as the project is presently planned.
