Man, oh man, does this ever sound familiar. This line is 200 miles long. The power company has recently updated it's 'planned route' - The updated route would put 60 miles of lines underground instead of 8 miles, which was originally proposed. "Eversource officials said 80 percent of the line will be either underground or along existing right-of-way power lines." And the company touts that the 'construction boom' will be a jobs producer.
