"A week after Duke Energy said it would listen — and not talk — at a heated South Carolina public hearing on the controversial Foothills transmission line, North Carolina’s utility customer advocate is looking for some answers. The Public Staff of the N.C. Utilities Commission has arranged an informational meeting Thursday in Flat Rock.
