Location for Utilities Commission Meeting on September 3 at Blue Ridge Community College Changed The North Carolina Utilities Commission public staff is scheduled to hold a meeting at 6 p.m. on September 3 ​ at Blue Ridge Community​ College. The meeting will be held in Blue Ridge Conference Hall, not the Auditorium as​ ​previously announced. The Blue Ridge Conference Hall is located at 49 East Campus​ Drive, ​Flat Rock, NC on the Henderson County Campus of Blue Ridge Community College.
