These letters show, in addition to the huge crowd at the Campobello hearing on 8/27/15, that Duke Energy's plan must be STOPPED. No due diligence = no lines/no substation for this company that's already been fined mightily for poisoning WNC with coal ash. At the very least the project must be put on hold until independent studies re risk/need are completed, in alignment with the studies required by the US Bureau of Land Management relative to the Atlantic Pipeline...that project is ON HOLD until independent studies are done and reviewing by the BLM --- align these studies. No gas to burn = no plant needed in Asheville and no substation/transmission lines needed, either.
