Update 9/11/2023: even small and sterilized (with enormous economical sacrifices) dogs are been poisoned to death.

The mayor of Elbasan is "cleaning up" the streets of his town.

In fact, he commissioned his employees to poison the strays of his town. Instead of using the citizens' money to sterilize them, he spends their money on poisoned bites. This massacre takes place secretly at night, without the knowledge of citizens and taxpayers. He takes advantage of the need to eat of these poor animals who live in hardship, making throw them poisoned food. That's non all: while the animals gasp and suffer in convulsions, they are abruptly loaded into a van to be taken to die who knows where and how.

All this in agreement with the public health service veterinarian.

Let's stop this slaughter of which one should only be ashamed.

Do not allow that not even another soul has to suffer human wickedness.

Kryetari i Bashkisë së Elbasanit po “pastron” rrugët e qytetit të tij. Në fakt, ai i udhëzoi punonjësit e tij që të helmonin të humburit e qytetit të tij. Në vend që t'i përdorë paratë e qytetarëve për t'i sterilizuar, ai i shpenzon paratë e tyre për kafshatë të helmuara. Kjo masakër bëhet natën, në fshehtësi, pa dijeninë e qytetarëve dhe taksapaguesve. Ai përfiton nga nevoja për të ngrënë nga këto kafshë të gjora që jetojnë në vështirësi, duke i bërë të hedhin ushqime të helmuara. Jo vetëm kaq: ndërsa kafshët gulçojnë dhe vuajnë në grahmat e konvulsioneve, ato ngarkohen befas në një furgon për t'i çuar për të ngordhur kushedi ku dhe si.

E gjithë kjo në marrëveshje me mjekun veterinar të shërbimit shëndetësor publik.

Le të ndalojmë këtë masakër për të cilën duhet vetëm të turpërohemi.

Il sindaco di Elbasan sta “ripulendo” le strade della sua città.

Ha incaricato, infatti, i suoi dipendenti di avvelenare i randagi della sua città. Invece di usare i soldi dei cittadini per sterilizzarli, spende in bocconi avvelenati i loro soldi. Questa strage avviene di notte, di nascosto, all’insaputa dei cittadini e dei contribuenti. Si approfitta della necessità di mangiare di questi poveri animali che vivono di stenti, facendogli gettare cibo avvelenato. Non solo: mentre l’animale sta rantolando e soffrendo in preda alle convulsioni, viene bruscamente caricato su un furgone per essere portato a morire chissà dove e come.

Tutto questo in accordo col veterinario del servizio sanitario pubblico.

Fermiamo questa strage di cui si dovrebbe solo che vergognare.
