We, the undersigned, call on YouTube to ensure fair and equal treatment for all content creators, especially young and emerging voices, regardless of channel size.

Too often, small creators — many of them young people eager to share their creativity — are overlooked, unfairly flagged, demonetized, or ignored. Meanwhile, large creators enjoy priority support, better visibility, and protection. This imbalance is disheartening and demotivating for those just starting out.

👉 This injustice threatens creativity, passion, motivation, and trust.

Every creator — whether they have 100 followers or 1 million, whether rich or poor, no matter their background, nationality, or beliefs — deserves:

Equal access to genuine human support
Fair and timely review of complaints, demonetization, or strikes
Visibility based on content quality, not subscriber count or influence
Protection from algorithmic bias and discrimination
An inclusive platform where every voice matters
YouTube was built on the dreams of everyday creators. Let’s not allow it to become a place where only the loudest or wealthiest are heard.

We urge YouTube to adopt transparent and inclusive policies that give every creator a real chance to grow, thrive, and be seen.
