Construction of 3 Commercial (Class E) Units, Electric Vehicle Charging Facility, Electricity Substation, Refuse Storage Building and Associated Highway, Drainage and green Infrastructure.

We, the undersigned, oppose the above proposed development due to concerns regarding increased traffic congestion, noise and air pollution, pressure on local parking, the potential loss of trade for existing local businesses and the negative impact on the quality of life for nearby residents including increased risk of anti-social behaviour, increased carbon emissions and increased waste and littering.

We request that the planning authority carefully consider these concerns before granting permission and undertake a full assessment of the development's economic, environmental, and community impact.
