More than 3,200 people have signed the petition and more are signing everyday. Thank you to everyone who has shared and signed. Please keep it up.
Where we are
Kalonymus, the Turquoise Tower developer, has not responded to the City of San Diego’s request for more information.
While Kalonymus has been quiet, Turquoise Tower opposition group “Neighbors for a Better California (NFABC.org)” has not. Lawyers representing the group have sent a letter to the city asking for a full environmental report and for the city to make sure the the project is in full compliance with all state and local laws before approving the permit.
This is important because it puts these requests on the record. That matters if this project ends up in court.
How you can help
We’re moving forward. Let’s keep that momentum. You can continue to help by sharing the petition, writing to your city council member encouraging them to deny the Turquoise Tower permit and donating to the NFABC legal fund.
