"As with all major projects, there are many steps a developer will need to make to move this forward- transportation, schools, zoning and sewer to name the major ones. Our decisions can be made as these areas move forward."

"The developer has will have a difficult issues with sewer, DOT, schools and zoning. But this is private land and if he wants to pursue this project, that is his right just as it is our right to approve or deny based on the facts. Thank you, Bill"
