People's lifes will be affected by this action . 

These are not just dogs .. 

These are our best friends/children ...

Kill my dog .. kill me .... 

You could bring better education to owners even registering each dog , and owners , regular check ups on OWNERS, 

It's the carelessness of a small percentage of owners that causes the problems..

Not all dogs are vicious...any breed of dog could cause harm if raised wrong ..

Just like if children are raised wrong.

Muzzle in public. 

It's all down to management and guidelines. 

The government shouldn't have the right to do this .. 

GOVERNMENT MANAGEMENT is the answer ..

PEOPLE'S LIVES ARE AT RISK HERE DO YOU NOT SEE THIS !!!!

MENTALLY AND EMOTIONALLY 

which would be another strain on the NHS.... 

Which cant cope with the issues day to day already ... 

This act of parliament would have a domino effect on society.. 

Things have to change NOW ... 

To stop cruelty to animals and the owners of these fur babies.. 

DOGS ARE A LIFE .. 

THEY HAVE FEELINGS TOO .. 

MORE LOYAL AND AFFECTIONATE THAN HUMANS ...

every human is on a register, tracked and monitored ..

This would create more jobs which would take the strain of the government..
