this is happening now, we must act now.

We, the undersigned, demand that Congress introduce and pass legislation protecting working, law-abiding immigrants from being detained or deported to isolated and inhumane facilities.

Immigrants who contribute to our communities and have no criminal record deserve basic human dignity and access to due process.

we must call for:

An end to deportation to remote, dangerous or private facilities.

protections for immigrants with no criminal records and a work history.

federal oversight and accountability in the immigration system.

Immigration reform doesn’t replicate 1940s Germany. It’s time for actual change.
