We are now over half way to meeting our £8,000 target for Ken's crowdfunding, which is incredible! Your response to supporting Ken has been nothing short of amazing, and he is incredibly thankful to all of you.

Ken is currently awaiting a hearing tomorrow that we hope will finally grant him release from the detention centre, where he has been held for almost two weeks. However, as we have emphasised, his fight goes on. He can be returned and sent for deportation at any time. Therefore, we must continue to fight for Ken to be granted asylum here in the UK, where he is safe from homophobic persecution and imprisonment in Kenya.

The money raised from our crowdfund will go towards Ken's legal fees, which are necessary for getting him the asylum that he needs for his own safety.
