Last night our CORE Community Meeting was held to a FULL ROOM! We are so happy to have met neighbors we didn't know, as well as see many that we DO know!

The Mayor of Lake Forest Park came as did some of the City Council members. The audience was in support of our overall message and shocked to learn that such a massive project had no Environmental Impact Study. We agree with our audience which is why we CONTINUE to encourage you to write, write, write! See updates at LFPCORE.org on meetings and things you can do to help!

We continue to need support from all who not only need to use transit, but to do transit right! Many are asking "WHY would Sound Transit pay so much more for a solution that is so devastating to a City when there is an alternative and CHEAPER solution that achieves the same goal?" We agree. We don't understand.

Many were talking about accountability for the money that Sound Transit receivies and how they spend it. Many called out "Follow the Money!" and we agree.

Please continue to participate, especially in the Seattle, Shoreline, Kenmore and Bothell areas. We love our trees, we don't want concrete walls, and above all we want to be listened to as the community affected!
