Petition signers,

Check out yesterday’s Dec. 12 edition of the Palo Alto Daily Post. Page 2 has a full page ad taken out by a local realtor opposing the housing in the parking lots. And page 6 has a story about how on Wednesday residents “descended on city planners during a Q&A” raising concerns about the impending plan.

But yesterday was not perfect. Although over 200 people signed our petition yesterday, very few of them wrote directly to City Council. Now is the time that Council members are figuring out what they will do. It’s critical you reach out without delay. Signing the petition is good, but not enough.

So if you haven’t done so yet, please send a public email to city.council@menlopark.gov
