🛑 Stop the Data Center Next to Four Seasons and Our Surrounding Communities

Petition to the Prince William County Board of Supervisors

🏡 We, the undersigned residents and supporters, strongly oppose the proposed development of industrial data centers on 94 acres of land directly adjacent to the Four Seasons at Historic Virginia community in Dumfries, Virginia.

The development—referred to as Lexora Park—would place large-scale data center infrastructure dangerously close to neighborhoods, schools, and environmentally sensitive areas across the Potomac District.

🚨 Why This Matters:

 • 24/7 noise pollution from industrial HVAC systems, backup generators, and electrical infrastructure

 • Air quality risks due to routine diesel generator testing and emergency power emissions

 • Disruptive lighting and round-the-clock operations that affect sleep, wildlife, and quality of life

 • Declining property values and irreversible changes to neighborhood character

 • Lack of transparency, with decisions made behind closed doors and without proper homeowner input

⚖️ What We’re Asking:

We respectfully urge the Prince William County Board of Supervisors to:

 1. Reject any Special Use Permit or rezoning request that would allow this data center project to proceed

 2. Demand full environmental and public health reviews before approving development of this scale

 3. Honor the voices of residents and preserve the integrity of our communities

✍️ Please sign and share this petition.

Together, we can stand for health, safety, transparency, and responsible land use in Prince William County.
