Living as a pensioner in Brechin, Ontario, I have always been mindful of my expenses. Unfortunately, the new Lone Birch Trail Wastewater project threatens to impose an overwhelming financial burden on residents like myself. With costs projected at over $60,000 per household, plus additional hookup and annual fees, it's asking far too much from our community. My current Waterloo bio-filter system is efficient and effective; there's no personal need for this project.
