Animals evoke various emotions in people; some see see them as mates or partners, some see them as a tool for improving treatment methods or advancing experiments. Animals are being abused and exploited by some companies and facilities all over the country and around the world, regardless of how people feel about them. Whereas effective animal research advantages people, the suffering and lives lost of animals really aren't worth the potential human advantages. When animals are used in research, their rights are violated. Thus, animals must not be used in research or for product testing.

In many ways, animals and humans are similar; they both think, interact, and feel pain. As a result, animals and humans should indeed be treated equally.
