I am a single mother, who has tirelessly cared for my son since his birth. Despite the challenges of living with a rare genetic condition that both my son and I share, we have managed to create a loving home. However, our lives were upended when false allegations led to the removal of my children from our home.

These allegations were based on lies told by my daughter and stepsister in court. As if this wasn't enough, Butler County in Pennsylvania is under suspicion for perjury - lying on documents and to the judge. Furthermore, Judge Robinson Jr.'s actions needs scrutiny as well due to perceived bias and apparent rudeness with several unnecessary orders which is a violation Under the Color of Law towards me because of my disability and because I have no respect for someone who is violating me and traumatizing me every time I go into the court room.

This situation is not unique - according to Child Welfare Information Gateway (2017), 28% of all children placed in foster care have parents with disabilities. This statistic highlights an alarming trend where parents with disabilities are unfairly targeted based on their conditions rather than their parenting abilities.

We demand an immediate investigation into these serious accusations against Butler County Pennsylvania officials and Judge Robinson Jr.. We also call for fair treatment towards disabled parents who are often unjustly discriminated against within the legal system.
