The New Threat: 2027–2029 Delivery Rate Hikes

It isn't enough that they are holding onto our money; AES Ohio is now aggressively negotiating to increase delivery rates from 2027 through 2029. These "delivery charges" are unavoidable fees that hit every household, regardless of how much energy we conserve.

The Hidden Tax: Increasing delivery rates is a backdoor way to ensure record profits while Ohioans struggle with inflation.

The Long-Term Burden: Locking in these rates now means our children and grandchildren will be paying for AES Ohio’s corporate expansion for years to come.

The Unfairness: They are asking for more money for the future while refusing to pay back what they already owe from the past.

Issue an immediate refund of the $82 million in overcharges.
