Our properties range in value from $500k to $1.5 million - a testament to our hard work and commitment towards building a peaceful and prosperous neighborhood. The development threatens our peaceful residential environment and could potentially lead to increased traffic congestion and noise pollution. Adding apartments will only exacerbate this issue. Furthermore, an increase in population density could strain local resources such as schools and emergency services which are already operating at near capacity levels. The introduction of apartments into this area could potentially lower property values due to increased density and traffic congestion. According to a study by The Appraisal Journal, proximity to high-density housing can decrease single-family home values by as much as 13% (The Appraisal Journal). Furthermore, such developments often lead to overcrowding in local schools and strain on public services.
