😱The Concrete Tower is still in the plans, rising 𝟏𝟎 𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐒 (𝟏𝟎𝟖 𝐅𝐄𝐄𝐓) high in the air. 
🛝Winding Water Slides on the oceanfront, estimated to be 𝟐𝟑𝟎+ 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐭 of slides
❌ 𝟖 𝐕𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 required to build the WaterPark, most notably, seeking to build closer to the Beach Erosion Control Line (put simply, building closer to boardwalk)
⛺️Addition of ~100 Cabanas, 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜, despite repeated lies from Fontainebleau
