444 East Central Street 40b Update

Everyone,

I am writing this in the capacity of a single resident of the Town of Franklin.  In everything I say, I am not in any official capacity and I am representing no one other than myself.

The fundraising effort by the team appealing this project has been very successful and has exceeded expectations.  If you didn't get a chance to donate and still want to, you can.  

The appeal will move forward.  If there are any significant updates to give, I will update you via this petition.
