Hello Everyone,

The team that is fund raising for the appeal has hit 66% of target. 

I've recently found a "friendly" 40b case in another town where the ZBA actually followed the process.  This should be a great example because it shows how this process should work and where the residents of the town and abutters actually could give input and as the project changed, their elected body was able to re-approve the plans as they changed.
