I just wanted you to know that the appeal has been filed with the Norfolk Superior Court and the Town of Franklin.  I will probably not communicate again until there is some significant update.

I believe the funds that were raised will take us pretty far but some people have asked if they can still donate and the answer is yes.  Keep in mind that any funds not used will be donated to a Franklin charity. If you are interested, just go to GoFundMe.com and look for 444 East Central Street.

As soon as there is something to update on I will do so.
