Stop the Collapse of Ontario Health Care

Stop the Collapse of Ontario Health Care
The Issue
We, the Ontario people, are currently experiencing the collapse of our healthcare system. We must prevent the deaths, and human rights violations occurring right now.
We formally request that the Canadian government including but not limited to the prime minister Justin Trudeau, premier Douglas Robert Ford, Canadian Health Minister Jean-Yves Duclos, and deputy premier/minister of Ontario health Sylvia Jones intervene in the destruction and subsequent deaths caused by the provincial governments gutting of the Ontario health care system.
Although the federal government is not responsible for the delivery of healthcare the current provincial healthcare collapse and subsequent privatization of our health care system is a human rights issue and has deemed our provincial government unfit to care for its people at this time.
Under the Canadian charter of rights and freedom we are given the right to life. According to the charter of rights and freedom “The right to life is engaged where the law or state action imposes death or an increased risk of death, either directly or indirectly (Carter v. Canada (Attorney General)”. By neglecting Ontario healthcare and attempting to privatize the provincial government infringes on the most basic right provided to us, as government thereby becomes directly responsible for the deaths of those who otherwise could have been saved if not for the current healthcare crisis.
We, the people of Ontario, do not want privatized health care or a system that puts money and paper over the lives of those who are and will be lost due to the provincial governments inaction.
