Closure Already Causing Problems

The petition has already had real effects, and forced Regency to reach out to all of its "Merchants" and try and downplay the effects before it happened, going so far as to saying that this petition is false and incendiary. Is it? 

On day one of 'normal' business after the closure went into effect, some of the businesses have already seen an almost 50% decrease in business during normal "rush" hours of lunch, and others have already begun talking about how they will survive the next year if this trend stays the same.

Those who helped put this measure into place are now distancing themselves from the project. If we keep gaining traction, we can force accountability and representation for everyone!
