Wenlock Street surgery has been serving Luton for over 70 years.

It serves 3,600 patients in the Luton area.

It is the only surgery in Hightown .

Patients have only just received a message which states the surgery will be closing on the 28th of July 2023

This is unbelievable and totally unacceptable,  Dr Saleh is one of the best Dr's in the town who goes above and beyond to provide treatment and giving excellent advice, he should be allowed to appoint another Dr and keep the surgery open to serve the community so that he can retire.

The closure will undoubtedly affect the weak and vulnerable , the disabled the elderly and those who cannot travel far distances. 

What a shambolic decision, we the patients will not accept a new surgery being imposed upon us and will continue to protest this unjust decision.
