Hello all and thank you for supporting this petition.

I have been looking at documents on the RBKC website, although it took a while to find, one doc says that funding has been withdrawn because WENAC underperformed but it doesn't give how it did, or how service provision failed against the CAB  or other local service providers. The other document is the Equality Impact Assessment which provides an analysis on the impact to socio-economic disadvantaged residents and other protected disadvantages. It states the impact is predicted to be neutral, meaning it will not have any impact. However, already local residents are having trouble accessing the King's road CAB as they are not open, getting an appointment has also been futile for those with communication barrier (not just language barriers) At a time when local residents are facing such a challenging time. It also states local stakeholders were consulted. I wonder if you or anyone you know were consulted, and if you didn't how do you feel about this decision and why do you feel this way? Please give your comments as so far the council says that our views are not evidence on which to change their view because they can't be proved.  This is the time to unite.
