A company named "Clean Energy Council limited" ABN 84127102443 has been able to make its own rules and dish out its own punishments for far too long. They hide behind the cloke of "not being a government organisation" to avoid the Australian Administrive Appeals Tribunal, (AAT) where any decision against you they make can be contested in an unbiased playing field. They dodge the Human Rights Charter "right to fair trial" becuase they are a "company".
