Rips vapes has gone through all the legal steps to open a new vape shop in the Spicer community focusing on CBD and CBG products in a safe and secure manor. The city of Spicer has granted the business permit with only one vote against. Now the city wants to suspend the permit until another vote can take place. 

After approval of the business permit hundreds of thousands of dollars have been invested and will be lost if the license is revoked. As a small business this would be detrimental to the owners finances and destroy what they have worked hard to achieve. 

The city was okay with this business being in the city of Spicer, but now planning and zoning  wants to stop this. A member has stated that they are not okay with this in the city of Spicer.

CBD and CBG both have many health benefits that the owner believes will help members of the community.  Along with the benefits to the community, this would bring more customers and business to Spicer. The tax revenue would also benefit the city.
