Can you chip in $5 to help these animals during the shut down?

City of Winston-Salem officials have informed Fairytale Farm Animal Sanctuary they are no longer allowed to operate inside city limits. The sanctuary is a registered 501c3 nonprofit for special needs, injured and neglected farm animals in Winston-Salem, NC.

The sanctuary attempted to follow all guidelines from the city, but because of one anonymous complaint, the city of Winston-Salem has informed Fairytale Farm that they are considered a business in a residential zone and therefore cannot continue to operate. No education programs, volunteer programs, homeschool classes, teen camps or fundraisers are allowed on the property.

Farms are allowed within city limits, but a nonprofit farm is not. If you think this is wrong, please sign this petition and consider an emergency donation to the GoFundMe directly benefitting the animals.
