Why Reduce The Flood Plain Category Before The Vote??

Unless Merton Council know something that the rest of the Plough Lane population don't, then as sure as night follows day, the area designated for the development WILL flood. Our picture shows flooding as far basck as 1979 after normal levels of rainfall. With snow and storms, the area where the market stands has seen pumps brought in to address the problem in recent years.
