As parents of students in this school district, we are writing to express our concerns about the current superintendent and their leadership of our schools. We believe that a change in leadership is necessary to create a positive work environment for our teachers and to ensure that our children receive the best possible education.

We have heard reports of a toxic work environment that has been created under the current superintendent's leadership. This is unacceptable and not something that should be allowed to continue in an educational setting. A negative work environment can have a significant impact on the quality of education that our children receive, and we believe that it is time for a change.

We understand that the decision to hire a new superintendent is not one to be taken lightly, but we strongly believe that it is necessary in this case. Our teachers deserve to work in an environment where they feel valued and supported, and our children deserve to receive an education that is delivered by teachers who are happy and fulfilled in their jobs.

We ask that you take our concerns seriously and consider the impact that the current superintendent's leadership is having on our schools.
