Well it's a done deal. It seems like it's been a done deal from the beginning. The project got an unanimous vote to go ahead from the Board of Commissioners last night.
In a meeting that lasted four hours, The Bluffs was the last item on the agenda. I tried but in the end it made no difference.

My regret is not purchasing the property when it went up for sale for the first time in 2016. It would still be woods with large beautiful trees and lots of animals. But hindsight is 20/20.
I never thought in a million years that a large developer would do this to the property. That's what I get for thinking. :-)
