Board of County Commissioners Meeting 3/14/23 at 4PM

The public hearing for this development will be on the agenda of the Walton County Board of County Commissioners on Monday, March 13, 2023 at 4pm at 571 US Hwy 90 East (Walton County Courthouse). If at all possible, please be there to show you are in opposition to this happening. 

If approved by the BOCC, this will be the last stop before construction starts and this huge development moves forward. The Juniper Lake/Cat Island Road area will never be the same.

You may want to take a look at the video of the BOCC meeting on February 23, 2023. This is what we are up against. Around the 22:00 and 33:00 mark Mr. Shipman gets up and is what I feel very disrespectful to the Commissioners, especially Ms. Johns, and to the public trying to speak. 

Unfortunately, Shriver, LLC, the developers of this property, has also employed him. He was at the Planning Commission meeting so I imagine he will be at the 3/14 meeting to interrupt and disrupt the Commissioners questions about The Bluffs at Juniper as well.
