Democracy is not for sale. Yet, Elon Musk is openly buying influence, handing out million-dollar checks to voters under a flimsy legal disguise.

We saw it during the 2024 presidential election, and again just recently in Wisconsin where he announced plans to personally hand out $1 million checks to two individuals who voted in the state Supreme Court election. All under the guise of "appreciation" for their participation.

This is bribery. If we continue to allow this, billionaires will own our elections while everyday Americans lose their voice.

By calling these payments "spokesperson fees," Musk is dodging anti-bribery laws and openly manipulating elections. Courts refuse to intervene, and regulators look the other way. This cannot continue.

We demand an immediate law that makes this black and white—illegal, with strict penalties.

No more loopholes, no more gray areas.

Vote-buying must be outlawed.

If billionaires can buy votes, elections become auctions. Congress and state lawmakers must act now—strengthen anti-corruption laws, close campaign finance loopholes, and stop this corruption before it’s too late.
