What we are asking :

Clear and Specific Justifications: Provide detailed explanations citing the exact policy guidelines violated whenever a book is flagged, restricted, or removed, rather than sending generic automated templates. 

A Fair and Accessible Appeal Process: Ensure authors have a meaningful, human-reviewed avenue to contest false flags and defend the artistic context of their work. 

Consistent Standards: Apply review policies transparently and predictably across all titles without unfair targeting of dark fiction genres. 

Protection for Human Creators: Prioritize human-written, original creative works over low-effort automated content. 

Protect indie authors. Protect human creativity. Support artistic freedom on KDP.
