Andrea Nussinow found GUILTY of Animal Cruelty charges

Andrea Nussinow, 64, owner of Blue Star Farm, a New York Thoroughbred Breeding Farm located in Columbia County, New York found guilty of Animal Cruelty charges. A special thanks to Kathleen Anderson and Brett Fuller Assistant District Attorney’s Columbia County, N.Y., NY State Police, Lucky orphans, Godspeed, and Rescue Ride’s for caring for many neglected animals, and especially to ALl the Supporters of this Petition to “Stop the Animal Cruelty in Columbia County, N.Y.” and bring Nussinow to justice. Next step is sentencing is August 35, 2026 at 10am at the Hudson City Court. Nussinow’s sentencing should include fines, penalties, restitution, probation, jail, and disallowed from caring for any animals in the future ! Nussinow is required to register as an Animal Abuser in Columbia County, N.Y. This is an important Victory to protect the animals going forward ! Thank You !
