Is Paul Czajka, District Attorney of Columbia County New York going to prosecute Andrea Nussinow for 35 counts of Animal Cruelty, or will Paul Czajka, DA refuse to prosecute Nussinow, a New York Thoroughbred Breeder for animal cruelty charges..again ?

If Paul Czajka, DA refuses to prosecute Nussinow again, or to recuse himself and his staff from this case it appears he will pave the way for Nussinow to collect a  significant financial settlement from the New York Municipal Insurance Reciprocal ( NYMIR) in a false claim filed by Nussinow called Nussinow v. the County of Columbia, Columbia Greene Humane Society, Ron Perez, and Lee DeLisle. Nussinow's complaint stems from her previous arrest for animal cruelty in 2017 for eleven counts of Animal Neglect for failing to provide sustenance. In 2017 Paul Czajka and his staff botched the Grand Jury Hearing by omitting material evidence, expert witnesses and testimony for the prosecution and by dismissing 7 of the 11 animal cruelty counts. The seven counts Czajka, DA dismissed included four emaciated horses personally owned by Nussinow i.e. HORSE # 1,2,6,7, and three additional charges filed for 10 Thoroughbred Broodmares and foals and other horses having no water COUNTS 9,10,11 to allow Nussinow's "rescue defense" to survive. How many other fraudulent claims has NYMIR paid out over the years, paid for by the taxpayers involving Paul Czajka, DA, Columbia County, and others ?

Maybe the Honorable Letitia James, New York Attorney General and Thomas DiNapoli, New York State Comptroller should investigate possible fraud and the millions of dollars paid out as "settlements" by the Government's insurance plans paid for by the Taxpayers ?
