2022 " STOP the ANIMAL CRUELTY in Columbia County, N.Y."

Over 60,800 Supporters of "STOP the Animal Cruelty in Columbia County, N.Y." are respectfully requesting Paul Czajka, DA to recuse himself, and his assistant District Attorneys from this case due to conflicts of interest, the appearance of conflicts of interest, and the favorable bias shown towards the Defendant.

We respectfully request the Honorable Kathy Hochul, Governor of the State of New York, the Honorable Letitia James, New York Attorney General, and/or the Court assign a Special Prosecutor to investigate and prosecute the Offender, a New York Thoroughbred Breeder arrested 3/17/20 for thirty-five violations of NYAGM 26:353 injuring, torturing, starving the animals; failing to provide sustenance. Twelve animals died, including a Thoroughbred Broodmare.

Less than one year after being arrested for a second time for animal cruelty, Nussinow, a New York Thoroughbred Breeder has more New York Thoroughbred horses in her custody, care, and control without being prosecuted by Paul Czajka, District Attorney for thirty-five (35) criminal misdemeanor animal cruelty charges filed 3/17/20.

Maybe Paul Czajka, District Attorney of Columbia County should provide the 24/7 medical care and personally pay for all the related expenses for the next batch of abused racehorse and animals. Paul Czajka, District Attorney, and the Columbia County District Attorney's Office are not protecting the Thoroughbred racehorses and other animals as required by Federal and State laws, and are not prosecuting Offenders for criminal animal cruelty charges to protect the defenseless animals and society.
