TRICK & TREAT in Columbia County, N.Y.

60,800 Supporters of "STOP THE ANIMAL NEGLECT IN COLUMBIA COUNTY, N.Y are watching Paul Czajka, District Attorney for Columbia County, N.Y. and the appearance Paul Czajka, DA is protecting an accused ANIMAL ABUSER instead of protecting the animals, and prosecuting the Offender.

Paul Czajka, District Attorney of Columbia County convened a Grand Jury December 2017, which appears to have been a "trick" to benefit Nussinow, and may result in a "treat" paid to Nussinow by the New York Municipal Insurance Reciprocal, the insurer of Columbia County, and McNeil & Company, insurer of Columbia Greene Humane Society to settle a false claim Nussinow filed 90 days after the "sham" Grand Jury Hearing which resulted in a no bill vote.

It's a fact Prosecutors control Grand Jury Hearings and the evidence and testimony presented for the prosecution, resulting in 98% of defendants being indicted, unless of course the Grand Jury "can't find enough evidence" because expert testimony, witnesses, and evidence for the prosecution is omitted to induce a no bill vote.  

It appears the same witnesses for the prosecution that omitted material evidence and testimony to benefit Nussinow are now the defendants in a 15 million dollar Federal lawsuit filed against Paul Czajka's employer; Columbia County, Columbia Greene Humane Society, Ron Perez, President of CGHS, and Lee DeLisle, Chief Animal Cruelty Investigator CGHS by Nussinow for false arrest in 2017. 

The Taxpayers have no idea Paul Czajka's employer, Defendant Columbia County, Columbia County's insurance company New York Municipal Insurance Reciprocal, Defendant Columbia Greene Humane Society, and its insurer McNeil & Company have offered to "pay" or provide a "financial settlement"  to Nussinow for the false claim filed instead of aggressively defending the good name and reputation of the New York State Police and Columbia County. All the deals are being done behind closed doors, without the knowledge of the public, prior to performing any depositions, or requesting discovery documents.

                               "The TRICK and the TREAT" ? 

Instead of Paul Czajka, DA prosecuting Nussinow, after being arrested for a second time for Animal Cruelty on 3-17-20 by the New York State Troopers charged with 35 counts of injuring, torturing, and starving 20 New York Bred Thoroughbred race horses & 18 other animals with 12 known dead and 2 horses missing, Paul Czajka, District Attorney is allowing the County of Columbia, the New York Municipal Insurance Reciprocal, and the Taxpayers to incur huge legal bills and may actually "pay" Nussinow a "financial settlement" for the alleged crimes committed in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 because Paul Czajka, DA refuses to enforce Federal and New York State laws against Animal Cruelty, and prosecute a New York Thoroughbred Breeder accused of Animal Cruelty.

Maybe Paul Czajka, DA should pay the false claims out of his own pocket, and stop picking the pockets of the Taxpayers ? 

The time is past due for Paul Czajka, DA to recuse himself from this case due to multiple conflicts of interest, mishandling of the Grand Jury, a clear "favorable bias" shown towards Nussinow, a New York Thoroughbred Breeder, and the appearance of impropriety.
