Thank you for signing our online petition against the AI data center in Independence.

It is imperative that we act now to protect our community from this development. Our City Council voted to approve a 20-year, 90% tax abatement for Nebius, the data center company.

Our group has launched a referendum to put this issue to a vote of the people. We need 5,000 physical signatures in the next 10 days. Unfortunately, signing this online petition does not count toward the goal.
