Stop the 800 Unit Development on Greig Road, Parksville

The Issue

We as residents of the Parksville/Oceanside area are concerned about the negative impact that an 800 unit housing community will have on: local traffic; water supply; wildlife habitat; and green space.  We are concerned that the City of Parksville and the developer have failed to address infrastructure inadequacies such as: medical services; policing; and other emergency services.

The Parksville City Council Meeting, scheduled for Monday, September 19th, has been postponed until after the Municipal Elections.

A new Public Meeting Date will be scheduled hopefully around December, 2022.
