*FINAL VOTE* TONIGHT AT 7PM Come to the City Council Meeting! Let's pack the house!!

Tonight is the night of the final vote by the city council to determine the fate of my neighborhood, the forest and wildlife, and downtown Saint Charles. I love living in such a quaint neighborhood with a small town feel in the heart of downtown. I can't believe the city might vote to approve this housing development and give up the character that people really value about this community. Another Main St town sold out to developers causing gentrification to push average people like me and my neighbors out of our homes eventually. First the wildlife are pushed out when the forest is clearcut, then the people who have established roots and community ties over the past several decades will be pushed out due to increased taxes and traffic or worse, we could be sickened due to a mismanaged environmental cleanup by a repeat EPA offender like Pulte.
I am pouring all my heart into this at this point! There is still time to speak out and convince the city council to listen to what it's residents are telling them we want. We want them to say no the 7th Street Commons and Pulte! Come to the meeting tonight and speak out during the public comment timeframe before the final vote. Voice your concerns in person and tell the alderman how this will impact you. Share you story and why you think this is this development is a bad idea. Email your alderman if you can't attend tonight in person.
Keep sharing this petition and put a yard in your sign! This isn't over yet!! The time for action is now!!!
